There’s a reason why we call ourselves the best dry cleaner in Pasadena. We started serving the Pasadena community back in 1977 when our owner, Jack Yerevanian, was inspired by his father, Charlie Yerevanian, to continue the family business.

I'ver been with Jack's Cleaners exclusively ever since I moved to Pasadena in early to mid-2000's. I did try a couple of other cleaners around that time, but none of them came up to the standard that Jack's did and has continued to do. Something I appreciate about Jack is that if you have a difficult cleaning job on an item of clothing, he will be perfectly frank about whether it can be done or not--no false promises. Jack has a disarming sense of humor and is always good for a chuckle, especially on Saturday mornings when I come in. But he's also thoroughly professional and very experienced in the trade.
I love my neighborhood dry cleaners. They always greet us with a beaming smile and warm welcome! Jack's cleaners has never failed us; there work is impeccable. If you're new in town and want your clothes to get the best treatment, look no further.
We have both laundry (my polos and slacks) and dry cleaning (my wife's blouses etc.) done here and I couldn't be happier. Harry is a hoot and still manages to get me out in a hurry, with a smile on my face. At our old cleaners, it was a chore: they weren't ready, the credit card machine was broken, whatever. Eventually it got to the point where we looked around, and found Jack's, and I'm sorry I didn't change sooner: my clothes would have looked nicer sooner and I would have been happier. They are great at stain removal (a MUST for us, I have issues with spills), and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
I normally have dry cleaning picked up but I was I the area so I chose to drop it off. The customer service is great. I was really impressed how great they were in the short time I was there. They are prompt, attentive and genuinely helpful. This fact alone sets the good businesses apart from the rest. The quality work is helps too.
I've been coming here for years. I won't trust my clothes anywhere else. Jack knows his business well. I've had many dresses altered here and he always manages to find a way for it to look great with my complicated demands. I'm also a big fan of supporting your local businesses especially with his hands on tailoring experience that's been passed down from his parents. Great work!
I've gone there twice for dry cleaning and for alterations for my sisters prom dress both times I've gone I get treated sooo sooo well really nice and welcoming did a great job on both cleaning a jackets and some coats and on my sisters prom dress and they even fixed some strings that were pulled for sure will keep going back happy customer = happy life lol
I have lived in Altadena on and off throughout the better portion of my life. I have utilized many dry cleaners throughout the Pasadena area as well as the San Fernando Valley. I am extremely impressed with the quality of services Jack's cleaners provides. Excellent customer service at a fair price. They are always willing to work with their customers to make sure the customer is happy. I am a loyal customer and will continue to use their services.
The folks at Jack's Cleaners have helped me out twice now without getting any compensation from me, so I thought writing a good review would be the least I could do to let everyone know about how awesome their service is! I have consulted with Jack's employees a couple times on wedding dresses I am looking to clean, alter, or purchase and they have given me their honest and helpful opinions- going out of their way to do everything they can to give me the most helpful information possible- even when it means they might miss out on my business!
Jack was super sweet and took care of everything. He didn't even need me to tell him what kind of material the couch was made out of because he's been in the business so long he can tell just by touching it. He got all the spots out and handled my sweaters I had dropped off as well. Not to mention complimentary mending of a whole on my soft cashmere sweater. This guy is the best and now I don't have much that I ever take to the dry cleaners but I will take everything i have there from now on.
